    Great response to multiple locations requests for adding and correcting printing issues. They co- ordinate well with our EMR company. They have helped with upgrades to optical system and fixing that vendors bugs, to help print capabilities and keep the shops up and running. Our IT person Kris is fantastic to work with.

    Great customer service, incredible knowledge base, and willingness to manage an aging system and to adjust for added equipment added to the network.

    Less down time, less stress on for on site billing manager to have to reboot servers at the request of a remote IT person. Comfort in knowing the representative is here or at one of our locations checking on any issues daily.

    This company is family run and they include you as part of the family, and will work hard to make sure any IT issues are met.
